Lisa Agard is no longer CEO of TSTT.

This was announced by the company today via a media release which named Kent Western as Acting CEO with immediate effect.

The statement did not say if Ms Agard’s departure was voluntary.

It comes on the heels of criticism and public backlash over TSTT’s handling of a recent cyber-attack.

TSTT says Mr Western previously held senior executive roles in the local, regional, and international telecommunications industry.

Prior to his appointment, he was TSTT’s general manager, Customer Experience and Marketing.
