St Augustine MP Khadijah Ameen says there is a lot of “misinformation” being circulated on social media with regard to an alleged incident involving her.

Posts have been shared regarding a domestic incident involving the St Augustine MP.

When contacted by 103.1FM News, Ms Ameen simply stated “I’m good. Lots of misinformation circulating. I’ve been advised not to comment at this time.”

Our newsroom also contacted a TTPS official who confirmed that a report of a domestic nature was in fact made yesterday.

The official added however that they are awaiting a statement before moving forward with the investigation.
