“Jawan” has officially hit theatres!

The much anticipated movie starring Shah Rukh Khan was released worldwide today and the reviews from cinemagoers have been largely positive.

SRK himself shared a video showing a chanting crowd heading to a theatre to see the movie at the crack of dawn.

Not surprisingly, pirates have already struck.

According to the Hindustan Times, within hours, bootleg copies of the movie were accessible on several websites.

Needless to say, fans of the actor were disappointed and some even issued calls via social media for India’s union minister for information and broadcasting, Anurag Thakur, to enforce the law as it relates to media piracy.
