Jamaica’s Prime Minister Andrew Holness has called on the country’s youths to pursue legitimate, pro-social, and pro-growth economic opportunities available to them.
He appealed, advising young persons that his government had changed the “risk-reward function” for crime by investing $90 billion in the entire national security apparatus.
He also urged youths to adopt an economist approach, emphasizing the importance of prudent resource allocation and careful management of the resources available.
