Indian cricketer Manoj Tiwary, who lifted the IPL trophy with the Kolkata Knight Riders in 2012, has ended his career.
He played 19 years of domestic cricket for Bengal, and also was an international cricketer, playing in 15 white-ball matches for India between 2008 and 2015.
Tiwary wrote on social media “Goodbye to the game of cricket. This game has given me everything, I mean every single thing which I had never dreamt of,starting from the times when my life were challenged by different forms of difficulties. Will ever be grateful to this game and to the GOD, who has always been in my side throughout.”
