Imam Rasheed Khan is calling on authorities to help clear the road leading to the Felicity Masjid.

He told 103.1FM News today that work began about two weeks ago on box drains and a bridge at Greenidge Road.

He adds however that debris remains on the roadway, limiting access and frustrating worshippers.

Imam Khan also says while there is another access road, many worshippers are afraid to use it, given its condition and a lack of proper lighting.

Attempts to contact Chaguanas Mayor Faaiq Mohammed on the issue, have been unsuccessful.
