A 32-year-old Rio Claro man will spend 36 months in jail with hard labour for house breaking and praedial larceny.

Kevon Parris pleaded guilty when he appeared virtually before Rio Claro Magistrate Ava Vandenberg-Bailey.

Police investigated two incidents – the break-in and robbery at a Rio Claro home on December 5th, 2023 and the theft of $500 worth of dasheen on November 18th, 2023.

Parris was arrested on December 6th and charged on December 9th.
