The High Court is allowing the Chaguaramas Military Museum to continue occupying the site until May 9th.

Today saw the continuation of hearings for a legal battle between the Museum and the Chaguramas Development Authority, following an eviction by the CDA last week.

Justice Joan Charles affirmed a previous decision by Justice Devindra Rampersad to allow the museum access to the facility.

At the next hearing, both sides will have to present the required documentation to continue the case.
