German backpacker Tilo Kruse, who recently walked from Toco to Icacos, says he will be walking across Tobago next.

He says within the next few weeks, he will begin the trek from Crown Point to Charlotteville, planning to live stream the journey to raise donations for the Voice of Lupus Foundation.

The Foundation is seeking to set up a medical clinic to assist patients.

Kruse says his manager recently found out that his daughter has the autoimmune disease.
