“Disturbing” is how Finance Minister  Dave Tancoo described the incident at his home, where a man was reportedly seen brandishing a cutlass while delivering a message on Saturday.

He told 103.1FM News this morning he did not speak to Homeland Security Minister Roger Alexander on the incident.

He added that the police are addressing the matter and believes it will get action it deserves.

This morning Newsday reported that a cutlass-wielding man appeared in front of the Fyzabad MP’s home with a message for both him and the Homeland Security Minister.

The man complained about the crime increase in Fyzabad, demanded immediate action from the minister, and warned the him that better security was needed.
