Australia have retained the Ashes urn, following a rain-affected final day un the fourth Test of the series.
The match, which favoured England up to the end, was a needed win for the home team to fight for the trophy in the fifth Test.
Australia were 214 for 5 still trailing the opposition on the top of Day 5, but rain washed out the play.
The fifth Test is carded to be played at The Oval in London from July 27th and though England have a chance of leveling the series 2-2, they have already lost the Ashes honours.
