A day after he called for reconciliation with the THA Secretary, Watson Duke has lashed out at the administration for allegedly ignoring residents of Roxborough, the area he represents.
Mr. Duke said the people from his area were not benefitting from jobs that are being created within the district, such as in the Roxborough mini hospital.
He warned that they will have to find an appropriate action to display if the people’s cries are ignored.
The PDP leader also claimed his constituency office is in disrepair with non-functioning ac units and a leaky roof, as the office not been refurbished since he began occupying it in 2017.
Mr. Duke says he has sent a written request to occupy one of the empty offices in the nearby THA administrative complex.
Meanwhile, regarding his call for reconciliation with Mr. Farley Augustine, Mr. Duke says he has not received a reply yet.
