A Diego Martin woman and a Lambeau man have appeared in court for a spate of robberies in Tobago.
The TTPS says 20-year-old Jahmielia Pierre was charged with House Breaking and Larceny, while 19-year-old Cody Bailey was charged with Larceny of Articles.
Both appeared before Scarborough Senior Magistrate Christine Charles on November 7th 2023 – Bailey was not called upon to plead and was remanded, while Pierre was granted $100,000 bail.
As part of her bail condition, Pierre must remain in Trinidad unless she is reporting to the Tobago court, with the matter to next be heard on December 5th 2023.
The two were held between November 1st and 2nd, after officers allegedly discovered an assortment of stolen items at locations in Lambeau and Upper Scarborough.
The items included a boat engine, chainsaw, router set, backpack blower, generator, three Samsung cellphones, two iPhones, a pair of binoculars, speakers, a television set, a circular saw, an industrial grinder, a heavy-duty Dewalt Hilti, a pair of shears, three pairs of sneakers, three gold chains and one pendant, one gold ring, one silver ring and five watches.
