Cricket West Indies has named Lynford Inverary as its new Chief Operating Officer and Acting CEO.
Inverary has over a decade of experience with CWI in various roles, most recently spearheading the 2024/27 Strategic Plan called “The Long Run.”
During his career at CWI, he also led projects, including contributions to the Wehby Report on Governance Reform, the 2018 -2023 Strategic Plan, and the development of the Coolidge Cricket Ground Business Plan and Master Plan.
His appointment as COO will be effective from October 1st, 2024, and his role as Acting CEO will start on November 1st, 2024.
This follows the departure of Johnny Grave who leaves the role of CEO at the end of October 2024, after taking up the position in 2017.
