A 52 year old man has been officially charged with the murder of a 2 year old child, which occurred back in 2023.

The child, Angelo Farrel, was allegedly beaten at Beetham Gardens on November 18th that year, and he died a few days later at hospital.

Following investigations, police received advice from the DPP to charge Marvin Rugette also known as ‘Crusher’.

He is expected to appear in court in due course.
