Trinbago Knight Riders have brought in USA’s Andries Gous as a temporary replacement for Tim David.

According to the Caribbean Premier League, David is unavailable due to international commitments.

Gous will play for the Knight Riders for their first four group games.

He was one of the standout performers at the 2024 T20 World Cup, scoring 219 runs in six innings with a top score of 80 not out against South Africa.

Elsewhere, the Saint Lucia Kings have replaced Heinrich Klaasen, who is unavailable due to a family emergency, with New Zealand wicket keeper Tim Seifert.

The Barbados Royals have selected Sri Lankan left arm spinner Dunith Wellalage and Shamarh Brooks for their first two games as cover for David Miller and Keshav Maharaj who are unavailable due international duties.
