A call is being made for the Works Ministry to fix Garth Road.

In a video shared on social media today, Vincent Raghoo – councillor for Ben Lomond/Hardbargain/Williamsville – says the road has been in a deplorable condition for years.

He says it links Naparima Mayaro Road to Guaracara Tabaquite Road.

However, he says the terrible state of the road means motorists are often forced to take a lengthy detour.
