Former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni could venture into acting.

That’s according to his wife, Sakshi Dhoni.

The couple recently unveiled their new production house Dhoni Entertainment.

At a media conference in Chennai to promote its first production, Mrs Dhoni said, “If there’s something good, he may just (do it). He is not camera-shy. He has been acting in advertisements since 2006, and he is not afraid of facing the camera.”

She also believes that he would be best-suited for action films, or even as a superhero, since she thinks he is a “real-life superhero”.

Dhoni of course has also been the subject of a movie before.

The late Sushant Singh Rajput played him in the 2016 film “M.S. Dhoni: The Untold Story”.
