COSTAATT has teamed up with a recruitment agency to provide employment opportunities to formerly incarcerated persons.

It will be working with Regency Recruitment in an extension of the LinkUp programme which offers a pathway from prison to college to entrepreneurship, to reduce the rate of re-offenders.

LinkUp participants will be graduating in September 2024 and the recruitment agency will step in to support their transition into the workforce.

The company will provide essential services including resume writing, interview preparation, and recruitment assessments.

Interested firms have also pledged their support by offering on-the-job training to further develop the skills of these individuals.
