The Congress of the People is making headway with preparations for the 2025 General elections.

This is according to the party’s leader, Prakash Ramadhar, who spoke with 103.1FM News this morning.

He said it was an exciting time for the party.

Mr Ramadhar also believes a coalition is necessary to remove the sitting Government, however the COP has not yet held talks with other parties.

He mentioned the party remains open to dialogue with organisations whose ambitions are in the same direction.
