West Indies Head Coach Andre Coley says his “young and emerging” red-ball squad is remaining positive ahead of the second England Test.
The team lost by an innings and 114 runs in the first Test at Lord’s and speaking ahead of the next game at Trent Bridge, Coley admitted there was a lot of learning and acclimatization taking place.
He believes, however, that at the second Test, will be the first time that they will be settled as a squad which can compete with England when it is at its best.
The second Test bowls off at 6am T&T time on Thursday.
