Two men were held as police seized cocaine, ecstasy and other drugs near a primary school in Tobago.
After weeks of surveillance, a team of officers yesterday searched the home and business place of a 30-year-old man on Kilgwyn Bay Road, Bon Accord.
According to the TTPS, the compound was mere metres away from a primary school.
During the search, officers found 2,972 grammes of cannabis, 256 grammes of cocaine, 28 ecstasy pills, and 5 grammes of a substance believed to be crystal meth.
They also seized a can of pepper spray, several scales, a vacuum sealer and packaging materials, along with TT$377,273 and US$355 in cash.
The business owner and a 41-year-old man were arrested, with the latter also found in possession of 14 grammes of cocaine.
