A CARICOM sub-committee will be led by Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley to meet with stakeholders to improve the state of West Indies cricket.

The West Indies have failed to qualify for the World Cup in India later this year, sparking criticism across the region.

CARICOM Chairman and Dominican Prime Minister Roosevelt Skeritt addressed the matter during a media conference yesterday.
