A candlelight vigil will be held this evening as the Trinidad All Stars Steel Orchestra (TASSO) mourns the shooting death of two members of its family.

TASSO says 20-year-old Jean Marc Fonrose, a tenor player in the youth orchestra, and 48-year-old Kerwin McLeod, an ardent supporter, died by gunfire on July 12th, 2024.

From 6pm to 8:30pm today, the organization is hosting a candlelight vigil starting at TASSO’s pan yard.

Persons are being asked to wear white and walk with a candle.
