Final paving of the roadway near the Bridal Road Bridge will be done over the next couple of weeks.

The Bridge was reopened to traffic on Sunday following work to relocate WASA pipelines in the vicinity of the reconstructed bridge.

Chaguanas East MP Vandana Mohit told 103.1FM News that traffic has been flowing smoothly since.

She adds that the final paving works will now be carried out to complete the Bridal Road Bridge Reconstruction Project.
