The body of a man swept away in flood waters in Malabar yesterday has reportedly been found.

Search and rescue officials took to Facebook to indicate that the body was found around 12:45pm today near Printeryville.

A video on social media yesterday showed an individual being swept away via a flooded drain.

Arima Central Councillor Sheldon Garcia told 103.1FM News this morning that incident occurred around 3pm in Lawrence Park, Malabar.
