The T&T Blind Welfare Association will host its 2023 Walk for Sight in commemoration of World Sight Day.

World Sight Day, with the theme “Love Your Eyes At Work”, will be commemorated on October 12th, 2023.

This year’s focus is on helping people understand the importance of protecting their vision in the workplace and calling on business leaders to prioritise the eye health of workers.

On the Sunday following World Sight Day, October 15th, the Walk for Sight will be held at the Queen’s Park Savannah from 7am.

Registered participants will receive a tea plate, fruits, a t-shirt and access to free vision screening and other basic health screening.
