A Biche man has appeared before a Master of the High Court charged with the murder of his brother.

38-year-old Kerry Garcia was found dead on December 28th 2023, close to his home in Cushe Village, Biche.

In addition to murder, 36-year-old Kyle Garcia was also charged with possession of a firearm and possession of ammunition.

He appeared before Master Shabiki Cazabon in the High Court of Justice, Criminal Court North, on February 15th, and will return to court on June 20th.
