A Beetham resident is expected in court after being arrested on ten outstanding warrants.

On Wednesday, officers went to 19th Street in Beetham Gardens and stopped and searched a 30-year-old man.

Checks uncovered that the man was wanted in connection with offences including shooting with intent, firearm and ammunition possession and marijuana possession.
