Police in Pakistan say that at least 50 people have died after an explosion near a mosque in Balochistan.

People had gathered at the site the celebrate the birth of the Prophet Muhammad.

More than 50 others have been injured by the blast.

Officials in Balochistan have declared a state of emergency.
