Andy Flower has been appointed head coach of Royal Challengers Bangalore, signing a three year contract with the IPL side.
It comes as the franchise looks to overturn a disappointing performance in 2023, where they failed to make the playoffs for the first time in four seasons.
At RCB, Flower will reunite with Faf du Plessis, who he worked with earlier during his time as head coach of St Lucia Kings in the CPL.
Previously within the IPL, he also worked with Lucknow Super Giants. and Punjab Kings.
Flower replaces Sanjay Bangar as head coach, with the franchise also set to appoint a new Director of Cricket Operations to replace Mike Hesson.
