The Works and Transport Ministry has announced amendments to the Light Motor Vehicle Driver’s Examination Study Guide.

In a release it says the new Regulations for the sitting of the Examination for a Driver’s Licence – Class 3 will take effect today, March 4th 2024.

According to the Ministry, the revisions seek to ensure that new and inexperienced drivers have a thorough understanding of the motor vehicle regulations of T&T.

It adds that copies of the revised document will be available at all Licensing Offices from Monday January 8th 2024.

The Ministry also reminds that the successful sitting of the Exam is the first step in receiving a Provisional Permit (Learner’s).
