T&T’s Michelle-Lee Ahye and Reyare Thomas will compete in the final of the Women’s 100m at the 2023 PanAm Games.

Ahye placed second in semi-final heat three with a time of 11.64 seconds while Thomas squeezed into the final by finishing third in a photo-finish in semi-final heat one.

Thomas had a time of 11.690 seconds, just behind Dominican Republic’s Liranyi Alonso who finished in 11.685 seconds.

The final takes place today around 7:55pm T&T time.
