The Forestry Division has been mandated to ensure that the public can safely use the facilities at San Fernando Hill.

This comes after 39-year-old school teacher Renee Mitchell fell off a cliff during a fete at the venue on Saturday night and later died at hospital.

The Hill falls under the purview of the Agriculture Ministry which says the Forestry Division is actively co-operating with investigators.
