Today, the Agriculture Ministry will officially receive $250,000 in equipment to help deal with bush fires.

The hand over, taking place at the Botanic Gardens at 8:30am, is an outcome of the BIOREACH Project.

The project is a collaboration of the FAO, EMA, the Ministry of Agriculture through NAMDEVCO and the Ministry of Planning aimed at restoring degraded landscapes and improving the livelihoods of rural communities.
