Additional sailings have been announced for the MV Cabo Star for this weekend.

According to the T&T Inter-island Transportation Company, the vessel will leave Port of Spain at 1pm and Scarborough at 10pm on Saturday and Sunday.

The boat normally does not sail on Saturdays and public holidays – this Sunday is Republic Day.

The MV Cabo Star only recently returned to service on September 19th after a fire in August left the vessel under repair.

Following the repair work, the boat was inspected and certified as safe to operate.
