The Association of Caribbean Media Workers wants an apology from the Grenadian Government.
This, after media workers were barred from the swearing-in of new Cabinet ministers on January 4th 2024.
In a statement, ACM says it supports the actions of the Media Association of Grenada in boycotting state
events until a full apology is issued by the government.
It also says, “The ACM views the recent actions as an act of disregard for the media and hopes that an apology along with an open media policy would guide the relationship between the government and the valued media workers.”
