Five priority offenders have been detained during State of Emergency operations.

Yesterday, an exercise in the Central Division resulted in the arrest of the suspects and the seizure of narcotics, ammunition and quantities of cash.

In Claxton Bay, two men were arrested after police found cocaine and three rounds of ammunition.

Chaguanas CID arrested one suspect and seized several items of evidential value related to a robbery on February 14th.

This including; TTD $10,000, USD $2,000 (suspected to be counterfeit) and two devices used to break glass.

Two men were also arrested during road surveillance exercises, one for Possession of Cocaine and the other for Possession of Cannabis.
