A 26-year-old man has appeared before a Master of the High Court, charged with the murder of Roger Bailey.

Edwin Martinez of Oropune Gardens, Piarco, and Argyle Street, Belmont, was also charged with Possession of a Firearm, Possession of Ammunition and Robbery with Aggravation.

He appeared before Master Shabiki Cazabon at High Court North ‘A’, yesterday, during which time a Sufficiency Hearing date was set for November 20th 2025.

49-year-old Bailey of La Horquetta was allegedly shot in the neck by an assailant during a robbery on October 27th 2024.
