Two men were murdered in separate incidents in East Trinidad.

Around 6:30pm yesterday, 22-year-old David Nicholas Fields was liming with others in front of his home at Farm Road in Sangre Grande when a gunman wearing a camouflage mask approached.

The suspect reportedly called out to Fields, took out a firearm and announced a holdup.

A struggle then ensued during which time the victim was shot and killed.

Meanwhile a man identified as Anderson Da Brei was shot dead while walking to his home in San Souci.

Investigations into this incident are continuing.
