Police have arrested two men and recovered a stolen vehicle following a robbery in Trincity yesterday.

Around 2:30pm, the victim had parked his red Honda CRV along Casselton Avenue and was attempting to buy a snow cone when he was approached by two men, one of whom was armed with a firearm.

The suspects took the vehicle and drove away via Dinsley Avenue.

Around 3:50pm, police spotted the vehicle along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway near Valpark.

A chase ensued, eventually ending at Chanka Trace in El Socorro Extension when the vehicle crashed.

The suspects were held and a firearm recovered.
