An 18-year old Oropune woman has been arrested for trafficking marijuana.

Officers were on mobile patrol yesterday when they observed a person riding a bicycle and holding a black plastic bag.

Suspicious, they followed the woman as she rode in the direction of Building 240.

There, she was stopped and searched – they allegedly found 1,055 grams of marijuana with a street value of $28,000 in the bag.
