A 34-year-old man has been charged with 15 offences arising out of an alleged shooting incident along Brothers Road in Rio Claro.
On September 2nd, an armed man allegedly stood about 100 feet away from a house firing shots at the occupants.
Though no injuries were reported, a front glass window was shattered and several of shotgun pellets were found lodged in a wooden partition inside the house.
The suspect was subsequently held and charged with three counts of shooting with intent, and two counts each of possession of a firearm, possession of ammunition, possession of a firearm to endanger life, possession of ammunition to endanger life, discharging a firearm within 40 metres of a public road and malicious damage.
He was due to appear before a Rio Claro Magistrate today.
