A 14-year-old boy has been held for possession of cocaine for the purpose of trafficking.
His arrest came on Sunday morning, as officers conducted an operation in the division targeting suspects involved in serious crimes.
The teen is said to be from Paradise Heights, Morvant.
Also held during the exercise was a 32-year-old from Laventille Road, San Juan for possession of cocaine, and two persons from Gasparillo for prohibited immigration.
Additionally, three other individuals were arrested: a 31-year-old from Gasparillo for possession of cannabis; a 29-year-old from Princes Town for larceny; and a 25-year-old from Princes Town for wounding.
