Faris Al Rawi and Keith Scotland are among 13 attorneys elevated to the rank of Senior Counsel.

Silk was conferred today by President Christine Kangaloo, on the advice of Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley.

During the presentation ceremony, Her Excellency urged the newly appointed Senior Counsels to “continue to provide guidance and assistance to all young practitioners and those who have chosen to study the law.”
