10 babies, eight girls and two boys, were born on Mother’s Day 2025, at different hospitals across Trinidad.

A release from the Health Ministry said two births each were recorded at the Eastern and the South West Regional Health Authorities.

Meanwhile, three births each were recorded at the North West and the North Central Regional Health Authorities.

Health Minister Dr Lackram Bodoe wished congratulations to the mothers and reassured the Ministry’s commitment to women’s health, delivery quality and equitable healthcare to all.
