A police officer is among five persons killed in a shooting incident at Harpe Place in Port of Spain this morning.

Around 10:55am, officers were alerted to the incident.

On arrival, they found three persons dead in the vicinity of Building 6: Rudolph Donnie James, 32-year-old Randy Graves, and Larry Phillip.

Phillip was said to be a police officer.

Several other injured persons were taken to hospital, where two were subsequently pronounced dead.

They have been identified as 50-year-old Pete Noray and 42-year-old Devon Jack.
