Repairs and restoration work have been completed on a Heritage Petroleum pipeline which was leaking last week.
The leak at New Cut Channel in South Oropouche, Woodland was discovered on March 7th and the pipeline was repaired within hours.
A small bushfire also affected the site and, according to Heritage Petroleum, a sand barrier was laid yesterday to mitigate further risk of wildfires encroaching on the pipeline.
Final grading and landscaping works were also completed yesterday.
