TEMA is appealing for the donation of crucial items needed to help with its oil spill response efforts.

It has particularly targeted the business community, saying it is their time to act and make donations as part of its corporate social responsibility.

It adds that donations can be dropped of at the Scarborough Joint Operations Centre, located at the bottom of Smithfield hill and diagonally opposite the Scarborough stage by the sea.
