Rick Ramoutar has won the 2024 Chutney Soca Monarch competition.
He emerged victorious singing his hit song “Luuuzzaarr” during the event held last night at Skinner Park in San Fernando.
Second place went to 2023 CSM Daddy Chinee.
Coming in third was Rawytee Ramroop who also captured the Queen of Chutney Soca title at the event.
